Terms of service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These terms govern the use of Loopaa, a service that walks through software products and generates tutorial videos from a plan the user approves. By creating an account or using the service, the user agrees to these terms.
1. Who we are
Loopaa is a service provided by [LEGAL ENTITY], located at [ADDRESS] (“Loopaa”). For any question about these terms, contact [CONTACT EMAIL].
2. The service
Loopaa signs in to the user's product with a demo account, walks through it, proposes a video plan and, once approved, records it with voice, zoom, highlights and subtitles. It can also re-record a video when the product changes.
During early access, the service may change, add or remove features. Features announced as “coming soon” are not part of the service until they are available.
3. Account and product access
The user is responsible for their account information and for any activity under it. To generate videos, the user gives Loopaa access to a demo account of their product.
The user confirms they are entitled to grant that access and that the demo account holds no third-party personal data or confidential information that should not appear in a video. Loopaa recommends never using production accounts.
4. Plans, credits and payments
Loopaa is offered as monthly or yearly subscription plans, priced in US dollars (USD) and including a number of credits per period. Credits are used by tasks that rely on artificial intelligence and voice synthesis.
Payments are processed by [PAYMENT PROCESSOR]. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand. Unused credits do not roll over to the next period unless the plan says otherwise.
The free plan lasts 14 days, requires no credit card, and its videos carry a Loopaa watermark.
5. Acceptable use
The user agrees not to use Loopaa to:
- walk through products or accounts they are not authorized to access;
- generate illegal or misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights;
- attempt to breach, overload or reverse engineer the service;
- resell the service without a written agreement with Loopaa.
6. Content and ownership
The videos, scripts and guides generated for the user belong to the user. The user grants Loopaa a limited license to process their product and content solely to provide the service.
Loopaa, its brand, software and templates remain the property of Loopaa. On plans that say so, videos include a “Made with Loopaa” credit.
7. Availability and liability
Loopaa works to keep the service available and working correctly, but does not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. The user reviews and approves every plan before recording and is responsible for reviewing videos before publishing them.
To the extent permitted by law, Loopaa's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it.
8. Cancellation
The user may cancel their subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Loopaa may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
Deleting a product deletes its credentials, its videos and its saved walkthrough.
9. Changes to these terms
Loopaa may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 15 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after that date means accepting the new version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of [JURISDICTION], unless the law that applies to the user provides otherwise.
